Bernadette Laxamana

As President & Managing Broker of M&B Mortgage Solutions, Bernadette brings 15 years experience in the finance industry, including previous employment with The Canadian Western Bank as an Account Manager and six years as an Independent Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP).  Bernadette is very passionate about educating her clients with sound, knowledgeable advice on their mortgage and financial needs so that they feel empowered to make wise, informed decisions.

She takes great pride in supporting her clients throughout the entire mortgage process, helping them achieve their mortgage objectives and making their dreams a reality.

Dan Audy

Dan is excited to be part of the M&B Mortgage Solutions Team.

As a Mortgage Consultant, he brings to the position a diverse background and abundant life experience.

With over a decade in the Housing Construction Industry as a Framer and Concrete Specialist, Dan has hands on experience with the intricacies of home development and home improvement. He leverages these abilities to guide his clients through each stage of their mortgage process from blueprint, to foundation, to structure, and final completion.

Dan also has more than eleven years experience, as an Aviation Mechanical Engineer where he developed outstanding technical skills and an unparalleled attention to detail essential to flight safety. His diligence in overseeing the subsequent components of your mortgage transaction is possible because he understands the utmost importance of precision and accuracy.

He demonstrates a genuine concern for his clients by taking the time to explain the “mechanics” of their chosen mortgage product-how variations in rates, terms, and conditions impact their costs.

As a savvy real estate investor over the past six years, Dan understands the importance of maximum return on investment, and assists his clients in getting the most for their money: rental property purchase, self-employed clients, and equity loans for debt consolidation or new property purchase.

As your Mortgage Consultant, Dan will advise you of your various options, and will offer you a mortgage solution that is tailor made to fit your unique needs. His goal is to empower you to make the best decision for your financial future.

Mary Theresa La Madrid

As a Mortgage Consultant, she combines her life mission: “to help people help themselves improve the quality of their lives” with her avid interest in wealth creation through home ownership. She has a wealth of experience in psychology and counseling which enables her to create a comfortable environment where her clients share their purpose and aspirations behind their mortgage needs. Discovering what is really important to them, is really important to her because she can match the mortgage product that best suits their needs-whether it is for a first home purchase, a refinance, debt consolidation, or investment property purchase.

She also brings to this position, over eight years experience in the aviation industry as a Flight Attendant InCharge where she was the overseer of flight details as a liaison between the various departments that are involved in the success of each flight.

As your Mortgage Consultant, she is the overseer of your critical transactional details, from the various industries who get involved in the seven stages of your transaction. Her intention is to provide you with such phenomenal first-class service that you will gladly introduce her to the people you care about.

Leo M. Agra

Leo is an accountant, a licensed Realtor, Mortgage Consultant and Insurance/Investment Advisor.  He brings to the M&B Mortgage Solutions team over 15 years experience in banking operations and over 5 years experience in insurance/investment, real estate, and mortgage industries in Canada.

Leo is governed by strict professional rules and conduct designed to ensure that you will not only get exceptional service but you will also get sincere advise that lasts a lifetime.

While offering a complete package of financial experience and service to his clients, Leo is motivated to get his clients the best mortgage now and helps them decide what is best for their future.

Leo’s genuine and mindful partnership with his clients ushers growing client satisfaction and gratification for his service.  He has established his business around satisfied clients through referrals.

Noel Magtibay

Noel is very excited to join the Verico M&B team of mortgage professionals and start offering mortgage solutions to families wanting to own their own home.

An Accountant by profession with a Masters Degree in Management, Noel combines cross-functional competencies in financial services – accounting, insurance and mutual funds.

In his commitment to provide a more comprehensive and holistic financial service, he recently joined Verico M&B team of mortgage professionals to also offer families solutions to their mortgage needs.

His 12-year management post in a credit union has made him realize that helping families finding solutions to their financial concerns is equally important as managing and developing financial reports and controls using staffing and technology efficiencies.  Since then, he became more and more passionate to help families build wealth and realize their dreams.

Lily Liu

As an Assistant Mortgage Consultant with the M&B Mortgage Solutions Team, Lily brings to this position, a solid background in the finance industry including eight years as a licensed Mortgage Broker, and previous employment with VanCity Savings Credit Union and Scotiabank.

With extensive underwriting experience, Lily has an understanding of the complexities and intricate details involved in the mortgage process. As an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), she has comprehensive knowledge on the vast array of products that we can offer our clients to meet their mortgage objectives.

Lily is very passionate about providing her clients with seamless service. She takes pride in providing a superb client experience, and is the recipient of numerous accolades in client service excellence. Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, Lily is able to offer her clients impeccable service in both languages.

Her intention is to provide our clients with a pleasant and rewarding experience by offering them her expertise and assistance throughout their mortgage processes.

Mike Laxamana

Mike joined M&B Mortgage Solutions in 2007 bringing with him over 17 years of Operations and Quality experience.

As a licensed mortgage consultant, Mike applies a “hands on” approach to managing and enhancing quality relationships with clients and lenders through process control and continual improvement strategies. He is passionate about providing clients with the best possible lending experience by providing exactly what they need when they need it.
